www.mcafeehelp.com Mcafeehelp.com is a support website. Users of Mcafee Antivirus and other various software made by Mcafee use this site to find help with their software. This site was done using ASP and MySQL. The site supports 8 different languages currently and also includes some e-Commerce features.		www.turbotaxsupport.com TurbotaxSupport.com is a support website used by users of Intuit's Turbotax Software. It is integrated with their software by an XML backend
www.pgpsupport.com PGPsupport.com is the support website for PGP. Users of PGP use this site for support with their software. This site was done with PHP and MySQL.		www.telschow.net/tasklog/ Tasklog is a web application that I developed for personal use. It is used to keep track of hours spent on projects. It keeps specific information about each task such as how long was taken, what it's type was, what client the task was for, and also a summary of what the task was for.
(Sento internal site) Dashboard is a reporting tool that was developed for sites such as Mcafeehelp.com and Turbotaxsupport.com. It is used to report on all of the information that was gathered during a users visit to the site such as what documents were viewed, what the customer searched for, and whether the document helped the customer or not.		www.sento.com Sento.com is the corporate site for my previous employer. All of the navigation is dynamically created from a MySQL database that is running the backend.
www.telschow.net Telschow.net is my personal site used as a stage for all of my web development experience and resume. Everything you see on the site was done by me personally. (Including graphics and flash)		(Sento internal site) Siteman is a tool that I developed to help maintain other websites such as Mcafeehelp.com and Turbotaxsupport.com. The screen shot above shows the interface used to edit different categories on the site in different languages. This is just one portion of the tool.
www.ohmsandwatts.com Ohmsandwatts.com is the company website for an electrical company in Provo. All of the graphics used on this site were created by me. This site is still in the making.		(Sento internal site) Recite is a CRM tool that I developed for in-house use for my previous employer. It is used to keep track of customers, their contracts, and cases that they have opened regarding problems that they have called in about. Recite has a very extensive backend which is based on ASP and MySQL. It communicates directly with some of the support websites that we have created using XML and web services. Here a user can find out information about a customer such as system information, where they went on the support site, actions taken on the support site, and the customer's history.
demo.salesteamautomation.com (use demo for both the username and password) Salesteamautomation is a sales management/crm tool. It keeps track of many things including leads, accounts, sales, tasks, events, deals and many other things that a sales team would find useful. It was all written in php and uses mysql as the database backend. There is a web service interface primarily written for importing clients data that are switching from there existing platform to use this one. I also created a desktop application in c#.NET which uses the webservice so that clients can interactively import data from their systems into ours.		This is an award that my development team won for the creation of Mcafeehelp.com. It represents our site as being one of the top ten best support websites for things such as features and usability. Other candidates included Symantec, Crystal Decisions, and Cisco Systems.
